the Employment Training Panel (ETP)
State-funded training opportunities.
The intent of the State-funded
ETP program is to reduce the
unemployment rate in California
by keeping employees' skills
current. The employers' cost
is minimal - mainly to cover
training materials or no
cost. Within this
program, we offer all of the IT
courses and Microsoft Office
System programs.
