Dear Employer:

I am contacting you because your company is invited to participate in the Employment Training Panel (ETP) State-funded training opportunities.

The intent of the State-funded ETP program is to reduce the unemployment rate in California by keeping employees' skills current.  The employers' cost is minimal - mainly to cover training materials or no cost.  Within this program, we offer all of the IT courses and Microsoft Office System programs.

Are You Facing Out-of-State Competition?

California's economy is being challenged by competition from other states and overseas.  In order to meet this challenge, California's employers, workers, labor organizations, and government need to invest in a skilled and productive work force, and in developing the skills of frontline workers. A frontline worker is defined as a worker who directly produces or delivers goods or services.

Are You a Small Business?
If you employ 100 or fewer employees, your organization may qualify for a number of courses that may not be offered to larger organizations.
To determine if your company qualifies, follow these simple steps.

Step 1. Print the Qualification Form & Instructions

Step 2. Complete and mail-in the form.

Upon receipt, a representative will contact you with your results within 1 business day.

Or, give us a call and a representative will take your information over the telephone and determine your eligibility.

Step 3. Sign-up each participant. Request ETP 104 Form.
